A miracle of chocolate- easy and fast made
All you need is:
BISCUIT
- 4 eggs
- 100 g sugar
- 200 g butter
- 100 g chocolate for cooking
- 4 spoons of flour
- 1 baking powder
CREAM
- 0,5 l whipped cream
- 200 g chocolate for cooking
- 1 spoons of sugar
- Mix yolks and sugar , add melted butter and chocolate, flour and baking powder and at the end egg whites (mix slowly with a spoon).
Bake (casserole 20x35cm) on 180°C around 20min depends on the oven.
check with a toothpick when it is baked.
Cream: Whipped cream, chocolate and sugar warm up on low heat.
Slowly blend, not boil.Baked biscuit overflow with hot cream.
Cool for several hours in the fridge.
can be cut into small cubes, like I did. I decorated it with edible paint for cakes!
