Today I am discussed mineral water how is make mineral water in industry. I am discussed in which who s methods useful for making mineral water. These are processed for making mineral water. According to FDA in mineral water is contain or mineral level is about 250 ppm. This process following step includes.

*Remove suspended solid

First all remove all suspended solids from raw water in which chemicals likes coagulants use that coagulate the impurities and remove them. This basic step for remove cloudiness of water.

*Sand filtration

After removal suspended solids water pass out from sand filter that removes further impurities from water and slightly enriched the taste of water. The sand filter is a natural filter but slow filter and gives a good result.

*Activated Carbon filtration

Activated carbon filtration especially is done removing very ions and bad smelling compounds from raw water. In this filter uses activated carbon beds that absorb the impurities. Activated carbon method improve the taste of water.

*Salt Tank

This process especially is done for the enrichment of water taste. This tank is filled with sodium ions during this process water is softer.

*Ultrafiltration

Ultrafilter use that is size almost 1.45 micrometer these are removed from the undissolved substance from raw water.

*UV sterilization

After ultrafiltration use rays at 240 to 280 nanometer that kills all type of microbes bacteria and pathogens.

*Safety filtration

After all these processes done lastly safety filters use that filter size is 0.2 nanometer. Remove all dead bodies of microbes. This water safe for human consumption.

*Reverse osmosis process

These days reverse osmosis process is very popular in use semipermeable membrane that is pass out only water molecule and stop the impurities so mostly water treatment industries this method use.
