An easy way to make delicious White Chicken Opor dishes.

Material :
- 1 free-range chicken / rooster
- 3 tbsp vegetable oil
- 2 bay leaves
- 2 pieces of kaffir lime leaves
- 1 lemongrass stalk, bruised
- 2 cm galangal, bruised
- 750 ml of fresh coconut milk
- 500 ml of fresh thick coconut milk
- 5 star fruit vegetables, halved

Seasoning, puree:
- 3 red onions
- 5 cloves of garlic
- 2 cm meeting mango
- 1 cm ginger
- 1/2 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp coriander
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1 small piece of palm sugar
- 1 tbsp salt

How to Make White Chicken Opor:
1. Cut the chicken into 8 parts. Wash and drain.
2. Cook 750 ml of coconut milk in a saucepan until it boils.
3. Heat oil, saute ground spices until fragrant and cooked. Lift. Pour into a pot of coconut milk.
4. Add bay leaves, galangal, lime leaves, lemon grass and chicken pieces. Reduce heat and cook until chicken is almost tender.
5. Pour the thick coconut milk and add the vegetable starfruit.
6. Cook until the chicken is tender and the gravy is reduced.
7. Remove and serve warm.
