Broth:

- 250 g fatty beef

- 1.5 liters of water

- 3 cloves of garlic, crushed

- 1 cm ginger, bruised

- 2 spring onions, coarsely chopped

- 2 tbsp mushroom broth

- 1 tsp pepper powder

- 1 tbsp salt

Stuffing:

- 250 g dry vermicelli

- 10 beef meatballs

- 50 g bean sprouts, brew hot water

- chilli sauce

How to Make Vermicelli with Beef and Meatballs:

1. Sauce: Bring water to a boil, boil the meat with garlic, ginger and scallions over low heat until it boils.

2. Add the scallions, pepper, salt and mushroom broth. Continue to cook until the meat is tender and the gravy is reduced.

3. Remove the beef then thinly slice and set aside.
