ingredients
200 g of flour
3 oz
1 tablespoon of sugar
1 tablespoon of cream
2 tablespoons of rum
salt
frying oil
To pour:
powdered sugar
1 bag of Vanilla Sugar Dolce
Preparation
First
Add salt, foamed egg yolk, sugar, cream and rum to the sliced flour, and then mix the dough with water. Leave it covered for about half an hour, then shake it thinly.
Second
Use the decorative wheel to cut the narrow strips so you can tie them into a light knot or shape them as desired otherwise.
Third
Fry crushed crusts in deep oil.
serving
Place the fried crust on absorbent paper, then pour on a plate and warm with a sugar mixed with vanilla sugar.
