PREPARATION OF FIG JAM
Take healthy and clean dry figs.
Washed the figs properly.
Boil the figs in hot water.
Prepare mix by blending
Add sugar and start cooking
Add citric acid or lemon juice
Add pectin as thickening agent
Add sodium benzoate for preservation
Check the thickness and spread-ability for endpoint measurement.
Give stay time for cooling 10 minutes.
Our jam is ready to serve.
