Tahu gegrot-fried tofu in chilli soy sauce

Street food in Indonesia so popular in Jakarta but I’m from Borneo so I just learned this just 2 years ago and yes I loved so much.
So tonight I decided to make it.i like to share the recipe especially those like of tofu.

9 ingredients
Vegan,gluten free, servers 4

produce
-1 clove garlic
-1 shallot
-2 Thai chillies red or green
-cucumber

Condiments
-50 ml soya sauce sweet (kecap manis)

Oils and vinegar
-1 tsp vinegar

10 deep fried tofu

Baking and spice
-25 g palm sugar
-1/2 tsp salt

Liquid
-200 ml water
