Egg and vegetable rice
Materials
2 eggs
Sauce 1 teaspoon
Maggi sauce 1 tsp
Half a cup of chopped carrots
Polao rice 1 cup
Chickpeas or Spring Onion Chopped 2 Tablespoons
1/2 tsp ginger and garlic cloves,
Half a teaspoon of chopped green chillies,
Oil 1 tablespoon,
half a teaspoon of sugar,
Small amount of capsicum cut.
Prepared method
Pour Polao rice in hot water.
When the lump rises, strain the rice so that it is neither too hard nor too soft.
Beat the egg and fry it in an omelette and cut it. Steam the carrots and peas in a little water.
Add ginger and garlic chopped vegetables and stir for a while, pour rice and fry for a while.
Fry all the ingredients like soy sauce, maggi sauce, sugar, salt together.
Then serve hot with fried egg.
