If you're really looking for something authentic in Taipei, try the street food. It is not difficult to find a place to eat: the night markets are full of exotic dishes and products. In the traditional streets of Taipei, we find the steaming noodle stalls, nowadays it is considered one of the best dishes are served at street level, where we see from the youngest children to adults savor these food delights.

Not only is the street food of Chinese culture, Taiwan stands on the lists of the best in the world.

Only next to my university (NTU or 台大), there are two streets full of small restaurants, fruit stands, tea shops and coffee shops. And if you walk about 5 minutes you will reach another street that is a night market of street food 夜市 proper.

The top is mango, or any other red fruit or beans, and the bottom is SNOW! or grated ice. Then they put condensed milk on top and ... yum!

A very good pork, the back of the whole was crab, right duck and then you can see a dish with cabbage and more seafood dishes, very local.

This is how you see the streets that I told you about, all full of incredible places to eat, where it is very difficult to make the decision of where you are going to eat!
