INGREDIENTS

2 whole green apple

2 medium-sized carrot seed

1 medium navel orange (large) or 2 oranges Sunkist

2 inch ginger

2 cups cold water

HOW:

Blend all, takyah strained because'm fine. And bagasse fiber sources, we make a little fuller. Add sugar / honey. Much sugar do not know. Want to be Cinderella to Fiona Shrek? To be Fiona, add 10 teaspoons of sugar. Honey is not anything much, but to natural honey.

RULES:

Drink every morning before breakfast.

Very good for the baby. Nutrients and vitamins can best fruits.
