🍓 Berry Oatmeal Bars 🍓 - Food Photography

in #food7 years ago (edited)

For most of us, we like to keep things simple. Few ingredients, no time, easy to prepare, etc. Well these Berry Oatmeal Bars are absolutely the simplest thing you will make in 2018, promise 😉

I went with a berry theme because well, who doesn’t love berries? Also, they’re gorgeous. Not only that but I knew they’d be delicious! With such few ingredients they were a dream to prepare, and yes... absolutely healthy!

The main ingredient here is oats, so they are PACKED full of fibre, protein, good carbohydrates that will keep you full for extended periods of time, and a healthy amount of fats, paired with the flax seeds... I just can’t speak any higher of these babies!

This recipe is:

• Gluten Free

• Oil Free

• Under 10 ingredients

• Simple & Easy

• Extremely Scrumptious 😋

So let me share it with you!
