Vancouver is known for being largely influenced by Chinese culture. When it comes to food, some people even say that you find the best Chinese dishes here.
Since I'm such a big fan of Chinese food, I'm still restraining myself from eating take-out Chinese every day! There are a huge variety of restaurants, from Shanghainese to Mongolian cuisine... without forgetting my favourite: Chinese fusion. This culinary mix of Chinese cuisine with Western ingredients is scrumptious! I'm always mesmerized to discover such unique and flavorful menus!
