馬來西亞的炒麵！很不一樣！Malay Fried Noodles

早上我給大家介紹我們馬來西亞本地風味的炒麵今晚我來介紹我們馬來同胞的馬來炒麵！
This morning I introduced our local fried noodles but now i want to share my friend's breakfast, a local typical malay fried noodles, this is a bit different from your normal noodles as its sweet and spicy at the same time, they use some local herbs malay herb to fried the noodles, its a must try for foodies.

馬來炒麵和我們華人的炒麵有一點不一樣他們的炒麵帶甜和辣。

還有我們馬來同胞的伊麵都不一樣都是帶點甜的和辣、
then there is also the local malay braised mee , as you can tell from the picture its much different from your normal ones as its more soupy and they come with beef slices which is also braised and it is also a bit sweet and spicy. It more suitable for those who likes heavy meal. YUMMY!!
