fried beef liver with a sprinkling of pandan leaves
Beef liver is my favorite dish that is easy to make, easy ingredients and into the tongue throughout the archipelago. The delicacy and uniqueness of the taste that blends the aroma of leaves and distinctive green chili makes everyone want to eat continuously. When fried, the fragrance will spread everywhere.
Ingredients
• 3 ounces of beef liver
Ground spices :
• 3 shallots
• 2 garlic fruit
Spice ingredients:
• 4 pieces of pandan leaves (cut into pieces)
• 15 curry leaves
• 4 shallots (in slices)
• 1 garlic (in slices)
• 5 green chili fruits
Step to make it
• Blend the garlic and onion, then mix with the beef liver, add a little salt, let stand for 10 minutes, then boil the beef liver until the spices soak.
• If the spices have seeped, drain. Then fry the beef liver and leave it half cooked.
• If the beef liver is half cooked, add all the spices.
• Then wait until the beef liver is fully cooked and the spices wither.
• Then serve it.
