Chicken Momo

Ingredients

450 gm universally handy flour 

1 tablespoon refined oil 

1 expansive onion 

1 inch ginger 

water as required 

300 gm bubbled chicken 

1 green bean stew 

1/2 teaspoon salt 

1 teaspoon soy sauce

Methods

Stage 1 

Join flour and salt in a bowl, blend well. Include adequate water and massage into a delicate mixture. Consolidate minced chicken, spring onions, ginger, green chillies, garlic, soya sauce together and put aside. 

Stage 2 

Gap mixture into sixteen little bits. Shape them into balls and take off meagerly. Put a teaspoon of the filling in the center. Unite all edges to the middle, making little tight creases. 

Stage 3 

Squeeze and wind the creases to guarantee that the momo is shut firmly. Steam in a steamer for around twenty minutes. 

Stage 4 

Serve hot with tomato-garlic sauce.
