Salt-free butter of 50 grams (1/4 cup), melted (if vegan, substitute of the
vegan margarine or coconut oil)

rolled up, like spelled)

Rapadura)
2 teaspoons of rounded honey (if vegan, replace 2 teaspoons of syrup
of agave)
1/2 teaspoon of pure vanilla extract
Wholemeal flour of 60 grams (1/2 cup)
1/2 teaspoon of baking powder
1/4 teaspoon of fine sea salt
20 grams (1/4 cup) of sliced almonds, toasted 2 tablespoons of milk
(dairy or non-dairy products)
PREPARATION
Preheat the oven to 180 ° C and place the parchment paper on a baking sheet
(greaseproof paper).
In a bowl combine the melted butter, oats, sugar, honey and vanilla and
mix well.
In another bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, salt and almonds.
Add everything to the first preparation and mix again until not
it becomes a homogeneous compound.
Add the milk and mix again to incorporate. The dough will be
sticky.
Use 2 teaspoons to make balls of walnut-shaped dough, and place them on the
pan with baking paper, leaving each room a small space for
be able to flatten during cooking and do not stick to the biscuits alongside.
Bake and cook for 10-12 minutes, until they are swollen and start to
brown the edges.
Allow the biscuits to flatten out on the pan for 10 minutes out of the oven and
transfer them to a grill or a plate to let them cool completely.
Beware that the hot cookies below are sticky !!!
Once cold ... enjoy them and enjoy your meal !!!
Now you just have to try and get them and then tell yours!
