Tastes sweet, and a bit greasy. Aceh People usually eat this food when there was a Khanduri (feast).

Sanger is a kind beverage that only exist in Aceh. Sanger or also often called Sanger coffee is generally similar to capucino, but in my opinion is much more delicious coffee this Sanger. Sanger is made from the blend of Ulee Kareng Kupi (kind of coffe that only exist in aceh) and milk, but if we observe from the taste, Sanger's coffee has a very unique and different from other coffee flavors. Sanger is made from the blend of Ulee Kareng Kupi (kind of coffe that only exist in aceh) and milk.

Is a typical food of Aceh Besar, known by the people of Aceh. This cake is very varied shape, such as a fish, stars, flowers, and others.
Bhoi cake can make one gift when going to visit relatives or neighbors who hold a celebration or a party, such as circumcision and birth.Bhoi cake itself is usually obtained in traditional markets or ordered directly on the manufacturer. The process of making this Bhoi cake was quite a bit complicated. Because, not everyone can make this culinary and it takes patience and perseverance.
4. Kuah Pliek
Strange food, but I really like it because rich of taste. It looks similar to goulash only content in the form of vegetables and broth made of special materials. Made of a mixture of coconut, Melinjo nut, sliced Melinjo leaves, peanuts, beans, and many other spice.

Moreover, in every home residents, when you asked if ever cook Asam Keueng? Definitely all the mothers would nod his head and answered often cooked to be eaten with the family.
Asam Keueng, salty sour spicy broth into one in yellow. Not only can you glued to fish should, shrimp was delicious when treated in this way. Generally, the people of Aceh using clay pots when cooking with a wok but also (as I use) still delicious. Hmm, maybe this is because I have never tasted sour keueng cooked with clay pots.
