Thank you for raising the awareness of this food wasting. There are foods being thrown away. If only we can feed more people with that wasted food, there can be more forest land to be preserved and not for agriculture purpose.

Hi @reko. You are crushing it man. I live in Las Vegas. My Friend & I were at a Buffett at night. We saw a porter throwing away bread. We asked could they donate it. I mean a second ago we could have picked it and now they are throwing it out. They said they can not donate food. Liability to the hotel. So so crazy. The food was amazing and at the end of the day it is all thrown out. Thank you for your efforts in sharing about Food Waste.
thank you @steemcafe! Been to Vegas a few times, love it! Some times I tray dive, which means eating the food that people have left on restaurants, just watch out sop the people working there don't see ya, they usually have policies against it...

Why are they throwing all that out? Still looks like good food. They could at least discount it so they're not just filling the garbage bin.
I try to plan my meals so my leftovers can be used for another meal, either as a complete meal or as components.
That's great @themanwithnoname, people are getting better and better at saving the food but the stres are still horrible and are wasting soooo much, impossible to grasp to what extent if you haven't seen it with your own eyes...but that's all about to change!
the food is not even close to bad it's done systematically for many different (bad) reasons.
Good work you are doing out there, i need to also start up like such but simple projects in my area. I will be getting some money from steemit. I will definitely do that.
