Healthy&Tasty Recipes #4 / Quick and Easy Energy Bars

Hey hey, Steemians! 🙋

Today was such a tense day 😧 I forgot to set an alarm yesterday, therefore I overslept, so I had to rush everywhere and didn't have time to eat 😭 I thought that it would be great to have a snack, which could fill me up!
I decided to my make own energy bars, so I would not make this mistake again 😋 These snacks are soooo delicious, you must try it! 🍫

For 10 energy bars we need:

❃ 150g oats
❃ 150g dates
❃ 100g hazelnuts
❃ 50g coconut shaving
❃15g unsweetened cacao powder
❃ 25g Soy Protein Isolate
❃ 150ml coconut/almond milk

Preparation:

➀ Toast oats in oven till it gets golden.
➁ Blend toasted oats, dates and hazelnuts together.
➂ Add coconut shavings and protein.
➃ Pour in coconut milk and mix it up.
➄ Put the dough into baking tray and press.
➅ Leave it in a fridge for few hours.

Macros:

One energy bar contains 233kcal, 6.9g of protein, 26.4g of carbs, 10.8g of fat.
