Allu-matar paratha
The world is so enormous. There are so many continent & countries.Every country has their own values & own culture. A human being has so many cultures,dresses & food.
India has a very rich & prosperous culture.There are 29 states & 7 national territories.Every state has their own language, dresses & dishes.There is unity in diversity.There are so many varieties in culture.
I am from India.I am a north Indian. There is some similarity between north Indian states food so it is called north Indian food.As same way there is a similarity between south Indian states food, northeast states food & south-west states food,So they are called south Indian, northeast Indian dishes south-west dishes.
Today I was in the mood to cook some special.I cooked allu- matar paratha.This is a north Indian food.Which is served in every house of north Indian?
There are so many types of parathas.Here I am mentioning about this below :
- Paneer paratha
- Allu paratha
- Gobhi paratha
- Muli paratha
- Sattu paratha
- Methi paratha
- Palak paratha
- Allu- Matar paratha
There is a season of winter and I am feeling like to eat something special.So today I made allu- matar paratha & enjoyed to serve this.Now I am going to tell about this recipe here.
Ingredients:
Wheat flour,refine oil,potato,onion peas,green chilly,bay leaves,corriander leave,cumin seed,carom seed,calauji,garlic & grind spices,salt .
For sauce :
Tomato,green chilly,garlic,ginger,coriander leave,salt etc.

This is a delicious Indian recipe.Today I have had this and telling about how to make it.
Recipe:
First of all, we will take a wheat flour & mix water & dough it.second, we have to take a potato, onion, green chilli, coriander leave and chopped this into pieces.Now we have to put a pan on the gas stove & pour oil into this & heat this.After this, we add cumin seeds in this when it becomes a brown chopped potato, pea, salt &grind spices fried &boiled & grind this.we have to mix chopped onion, cardamom seed, green chilli, coriander leave and prepare stuff.After this, we have to take some tat flour
Fill the stuff &make paratha. Now it prepares allu- matar paratha.Have it & enjoy it.
For sauce, we have to take one teaspoon oil in a pan & heat this & mix them cumin seed & chopped tomato & boil this. After this, we have to mix chopped green chilli, coriander leaves,garlic, ginger.Now it has prepared sauce.
