1 Lemon sliced in 1/8-inch slices
1 tbsp Rosemary, fresh

1 1/2 lbs Yellow potatoes, small
Condiments
1 tbsp Lemon juice, fresh
Baking & Spices
1 tsp Black pepper, freshly ground
3 1/2 tsp Kosher salt
Oils & Vinegars
4 tbsp Olive oil, extra virgin
