Keeping Myself Acountable Today With My Giant Water Jug 💦

I make sure to drink at least one whole jug a day (2.2litres). I've noticed a huge difference in the quality of my skin, digestion and helping me determine when I'm actually hungry (sometimes I eat because I'm bored or thirsty and don't even know it).
