The Beef Sauce You Should Taste
So, I’m a beef lover and I’m sure there are a lot of beef lovers out there. I started making this sauce cause I was tired of the usual rice and stew or spaghetti and stew all the time. I discovered one amazing spaghetti that is healthy and cooks under 5mins, so I asked myself “what would I pair this with?”
And then the thought came to me, let me do something with beef and veggies. I went to a near by vegetable market where I got some veggies and small meat.
Veggies: Carrot
Green Pepper
Red Pepper
Onions
Spring onions
Tomatoes .
You could actually add more greens if you want but I usually stick to this so that I can eat a lot of meat cause #meat lover. So I got chopping.
I chopped all the veggies on a chopping board all by myself but be sure to wash them first with vinegar but if you don’t have that, salt would do. Then I got to the beef. I was sure to get the meaty part of the cow cause I don’t want to struggle with fat or bones in my meat. I washed it, then spiced it( I love spices so much cause I love tasty food), then I put it on fire, not on literal fire, I put it on the gas to boil.
When the meat boiled, I got chopping again and yes I did it with my hand on a chopping board. Make sure the meat is soft and let it cool down before you get chopping.
I got my non stick pan and put in little oil and then put in my onions and pepper first, just to fry a bit, then I put in my tomatoes( I know it sounds like I’m frying egg at this point). Then I started putting in other ingredients, I usually put in carrots after the tomatoes so that it’ll be soft but it depends on personal preferences. When everything was all fried up, I poured in the little meat stock I had and just let everything cook together. If you like really tasty food, you can add more seasoning but if you don’t, the meat stock and a little salt is ok for you.
The sauce was a hit, it was amazing to me and others who tried it. It’s really fast and super easy to make. Just Incase you want to try something different, this can be your go to. It can be eaten with rice and spaghetti or even bread.
