Cake Snickers

Layered cake always looks luxurious. Many are afraid to start preparing it, thinking that it is difficult. Perhaps, but not with this recipe - not at all laborious and simple. The only thing - cake Snickers is recommended to prepare in advance, since it takes some time to get it infused. But it's very convenient - it saves time when preparing a festive table.

2 pieces Egg chicken
240 g of biscuit Sugar
1 tsp in a sponge cake Vanilla essence
200 g cooked, biscuit Milk condensed
200 g Sour cream
200 g of flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
200 g cooked, in cream Milk condensed
100 g Butter
400 g roasted peanuts
400 ml 33-36% fat content Cream
40 grams of cream Sugar
1 tsp in cream Vanilla essence
300 g Nutella (see the recipe above)
1 pinch (s) Salt
100 ml sugar-free Coffee natural

Beat eggs with sugar, salt and vanilla essence. The sugar must completely dissolve, the mass at the same time will almost double. Then add the boiled condensed milk and sour cream. Beat until a homogeneous, without lumps, mass. Add the sifted flour with the baking powder. Mix. Get the dough consistency thick cream.

Divide the dough into four parts.
The shape is round at 24 cm in diameter - it's just perfect.
Bake 4 cakes from each part of the dough individually. For baking one crust takes about 8-10 minutes at 180 degrees in a preheated oven.

Before assembling the cake, the baked cakes completely cool.
While biscuit cakes cool, you can cook caramel cream.
To do this, whisk together the boiled condensed milk with softened butter until lush, not long. Then add the roasted peanuts and mix.

It remains only to make whipped cream.
Whip the cream with sugar and vanilla extract until strong peaks. When all the ingredients for the cake are ready, you can start assembling it. All the cakes impregnated with cold coffee, I always add coffee liquor.

First cake slightly soak with cold coffee (4-5 tsp) and grease with a thin layer of Nutella, Top with half of the whipped cream and evenly spread them over the cake. Lay the second sponge cake, again (if desired) lightly soak with cold coffee and put caramel cream with nuts, evenly spreading it over the entire surface. Next repeat: sponge cake (third), coffee impregnation, thin layer of Nutella and remaining whipped cream. Cover with the last cork and, if desired, soak coffee

Put in the cold for freezing for about 1-2 hours. Then it will only be necessary to grease the top and sides of the remaining Nutella and decorate it at your own discretion. The simplest thing is sprinkle with chopped nuts. And then again in the cold for 12 hours. This cake should be infused. The longer it takes, the more delicious it becomes
