Chocolate cake with cherry and butter-custard

for the cake:

flour 320 g
sugar 240 g
Butter / margarine 200 g
milk 200 ml
eggs 4 pcs.
cherry 1,5-2 cups
cocoa powder 6 tbsp.
Instant coffee 2 tsp.
sugar vanilla 2 tsp.
baking powder 2 tsp.
soda 1/2 tsp.
salt 1/2 tsp.

for cream:

sour cream 300 g
Butter 200 g
eggs 1 pc.
3-4 tablespoons sugar
flour 2 tbsp

Dough for the cake to prepare in several stages. First, beat the eggs with sugar in a lather. Then melt (do not boil) margarine. Warm warm milk with coffee. Sift the sifted flour with soda, baking powder, vanilla sugar, cocoa. Mix all the ingredients in one bowl and knead the dough, in consistency, like thick sour cream.

Prepare the baking sheet with parchment paper and grease the paper with vegetable oil. Dough pour into a pan and spread evenly over the entire area. Bake cake for half an hour in a preheated oven to 200 degrees. Remove the prepared cake from the oven and put it to cool.

For cream, mix sour cream with sugar, add egg and flour and put the mass in a water bath. When the cream thickens to remove from heat and cool. Mix butter with a mixer, gradually adding the rest of the cream. Cold cake cut horizontally into several parts. Spread each cake with cherry interlayer and custard. Top with chocolate glaze.

On the custard you can make drawings of chocolate. To do this, melt the chocolate bar in a water bath, adding a little cream, put the liquid chocolate in a confectioner's bag and with imagination draw the drawings on the cake. If desired, you can decorate with cherries on top. Chocolate cake with cherry and butter-custard is ready.
