Korean-Style Fluffy Steamed Eggs (Gyeran Jjim)
It might look like an egg souffle but does not require any dairy product.
The silky, savory steamed eggs are a real treat, particularly in a heat-safe ceramic bowl such as a small ddukbaegi.
It's simple to make, but it is a nice treat at any meal or with soju, korean alcohol drink.
Ingredients:
2 large eggs
1/2 cup water – use more for softer eggs
1/4 teaspoon salt
(optional)
choped vegetable, probably carrots or spring onions
chopped shrimps

Combine the eggs,salt and water.
Whisk until well combined and foamy.
Pour the egg mixture into the bowl and cover it.
Place the bowl into the microwave and cook the egg for 5 minutes.
After 5 minutes, remove from the microwave and serve.
It's so popular in Korea also as a small party dish. So you can find it in every korean pub.
