POTATOES STUFFED WITH TOMATOES.
This recipe was given to me when I was a student,I was preparing myself and have also come up with different dishes which everyone likes.Here and share with you these recipes...DELICIOUS!!!
Composition:
Potatoes – 3 PCs.
Tomatoes – 2 PCs.
Garlic -1 clove.
Cheese – 100 gr.
Salt, black pepper – to taste.
Herbes de Provence.
Chicken egg
Method of preparation:
1. Big potatoes boil "in uniform" until cooked. Then cleaned, cut lengthwise into two halves gently with a teaspoon formed from the halves of the boat.
2. Tomatoes remove the peel, finely chop, mix with the remaining potato mixture, crushed garlic, salt, pepper, Provencal herbs and dressed with all vegetable oil.
3. Stuff the potato boats.
4. Hard cheese grate on a coarse grater, sprinkle with potato boats. Bake in the oven at 200 10 minutes.
5. The dish is ready, serve with a fried egg.
