I Tried Best Faluda In My City
Today my friend gave me a treat of faluda, I really surprised that where I have been before. Faluda was really tasty, it was not just drink you can say it complete meal which made by milk, pieces of jelly, cream and you can add some dry fruits like almond. This is purely sub continental dessert. Today there is many versions of faluda, you will find different tastes and version in different countries of subcontinental.
In Pakistan every city has his own versions of faluda but two things are compulsory milk and pieces of jelly, you can drink milk and eat jelly pieces like sushi. 3 Major cities of Pakistan like Multan, Lahore & Gurjanwala they have big names in this dessert.
In Bangladesh this called Ketaki(pandan) . Bangla has their own flavours.
In Malaysia & Singapore this drink called Bandung. Faluda is very similar to thai drink.
