Some people from Dhanisapa invented this unique cake are made with Shark brain.
Shark is a very active and powerful and offensive fish. So, they believe if we can eat Shark's brain, then we will be more and more powerful and active. So, they make cakes with Shark-brain and eat regularly.
They use to hunt sharks from their local ponds and bring their brain out. Then they mix the brain with flower and suger.
After mixing nicely they Fry them and make crispy.
These cakes tests awesome . . .
The famous cook artist Poippaa invented this cakes recipe and system. Nowadays this cake's have high demund.
