Simple Recipes : Turkey Ham Rolls made from scratch!
Hello and welcome to another Steemit post from Simple Recipes.
Today I will be writing about Turkey Ham Rolls made from scratch I hope that you enjoy making this recipe as much as i do!
Ingredients:
- 31 thin slices of cooked Turkey ham (Can replace with thin slices of regular ham)
- 2 large onions sliced
- 3 tablespoon of chopped scallion
- 2 green bell peppers sliced
- 2 red bell peppers sliced
- half cup of cooked corn kernels
- half cup of shredded carrots
- ten hard boiled eggs sliced
- 3 tablespoon of chopped parsley
- 1/4 cup of olive oil
- 3 tablespoon mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- Salt, Black pepper, Paprika, Cajun, 1 tablespoon oregano
Sauce Ingredients:
- 1 cup of cream cheese
- 1 cup of grated cheddar cheese
- 1 cup of grated mozzarella
- 1 cup of milk
- 1 can of cream product
Method:
1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
2. Just like the pictures above preheat cooking pan then add the olive oil and also add all the vegetable ingredients mentioned earlier. Stir them for 2-3 minutes then add all the seasoning. Let them cook for 5 minutes and pour the mixture into a baking pan.
3.Blend all the sauce ingredients in a bowl until smooth.
4. In a bowl add the sliced boiled eggs with one tablespoon of parsley, sliced green onions, red onions, salt , pepper , paprika , one tablespoon of kernel corn, mayonnaise and mustard. Mix well until they are combined well.
5. Place one tablespoon of egg mixture on each Turkey ham slice.
6. Roll and place on the top of the mixed vegetable in the baking pan.
7. Pour the white sauce over the rolls then add the cheese and bake from 8 to 10 minutes until it has a nice golden color.
Serve hot and sprinkle with remaining parsley on top.
