My dear ones, now I will give you a mouth-watering recipe.

Recipe;

1 Pineapple cut into cubes
1/2 cup sugar
After that start boiling cook for 15 minutes
Drain the pineapple and reserve also the syrup of the pineapple.

Cream;
1 box of condensed milk
Same measure of milk
1 very generous spoonful of cornstarch
3 gems
1 teaspoon vanilla essence

Add the drained pineapple to the cream.

In a platter put champagne biscuit bathed in the syrup of the pineapple, it has to be a quick bath if the biscuit does not spoil.
After you have made a layer of biscuit, add a layer of cream. repeat again the layer of biscuit and cream.
Another layer of biscuit, finally place the egg whites in a glass preferably with a cup of sugar.
Bring the mixture to the water bath, stirring constantly until the sugar dissolves completely. Beat in the mixer at maximum speed until you get a firm and shiny meringue, add over the last layer of biscuit. If you prefer to finalize with grated coconut.
