Food Waste International #2 Raspberries from Spain

In this new Food Waste International series of posts, I want to highlight the crazy waste of food and resources the global food industry is generating everyday. Enormous amounts of food, produced on one continent are shipped over the globe to end up as waste. All in the name of more choice and endless consumption.
