Wraps marroquíes con “Cous-Cous”
¡¡¡Muy buenas Steemians!!! Para hoy os traigo una receta muy sencilla pero deliciosa que podéis utilizar como plato principal o en un formato más pequeño, por si queréis sorprender en un cóctel o celebración… ya veréis que no os engaño.
HI STEMIANS!!! Today I'm bring you a very simple but delicious recipe that you can use as a main course or in a smaller format, in case you want to surprise in a cocktail party or celebration.... you will see!!!
Se trata de un Wraps o más conocido un burrito o fajita, ya que el formato es una tortita de maíz enrollada, pero nosotros le vamos a dar un toque exótico con las especias que tanto me gustan y unos ingredientes de nuestra zona mediterránea, la bella Andalucía, que compartimos con países vecinos con mucha influencia marroquí, como verduras, hiervas aromáticas como el cilantro y la hierba buena y la sémola de trigo “ Cous –Cous”, guarnición que en mi casa no puede faltar ya que a mis hijos les gusta mucho.
It is a 'Wraps' or better known as a Mexican roll, because the format is a rolled corn pancake, but we're going to give it an exotic touch with the species that I like so much and some ingredients from our Mediterranean area, the beautiful Andalusia, that we share with neighbouring countries with a lot of Moroccan influence, such as vegetables, aromatic herbs such as coriander and good mint and wheat semolina 'Cous -Cous' garnish that in my house can not miss because my children love it a lot.
Ya que tenemos todos los ingredientes, como el cous cous, las hierbas aromáticas, las verduras limpias y cortadas al gusto, como juliana de tomate, espinacas cebolla bien fina, lo acompañaremos con unas tiras de pollo salteadas maceradas con “ras el hanout” una mezcla de especias muy utilizada en Marruecos y para darle un toque de frescor le añadiremos una salsa de yogurt que le dará mi toque especial.
We have all the ingredients, such as cous cous cous, aromatic herbs, clean and chopped vegetables to taste, such as tomato julienne, spinach, very fine onion, we'll serve it with a few strips of sauteed chicken marinated with "ras el hanout" a mixture of spices widely used in Morocco and to give a touch of freshness we'll add yogurt sauce that will give it 'My special touch'.
Una vez que tengamos todos los ingredientes preparado lo único que tenemos que hacer es hacer el rollito caliente terminarlo y darle la presentación adecuada... ¡listo para comer!
Once we have all the ingredients ready, all we have to do is make the hot roll to finish it and give it the proper presentation... and ready to eat!
Bueno espero que lo intentéis y ya me contáis el resultado final, ya veréis que es muy fácil pero muy sabroso. ¡¡¡Este cocinero loco os dice adiós!!!!
