If you go into a super market and look on the back of the products it seems like they all contain the sane ingredients.. variants of gum seem to keep popping up.. xanthan gum and many others..
I'm searching more raw foods and plants to consume.. I have gone off milk, trying out different stuff like almond, hazelnut milk, the hazelnut looks like chocolate and is very sweet, the almond milk kinda watery but better than cow milk with cereal.
I think cereal and water might not be so bad only people would like to see white stuff in there bowl.
