To prepare the dessert, we need gelatin.
If you use the plates, then fill them with plenty of cold water and leave for 10-15 minutes, they should soften.
If you have powdered gelatin, then fill it with the desired number of CMV fluid. According to my instructions in 6 grams of gelatin taken 3-4 tablespoons cold water. Leave to swell for 10 minutes.
In a saucepan, mix the cream (fat content of any but the fatter, the butter will taste), milk and sugar. On low heat bring to a boil.
Remove from heat, cool slightly (one minute), and enter the gelatin. Stir to dissolve the gelatin.
Divide the cream mixture into 3 equal parts.
In one of them to enter the fruit syrup (red - strawberry, pomegranate, cherry and so on.).
In the second to enter the vanilla, and the third - mint syrup (it is green).
You can enter food coloring to color intensity - red and green.
For green color mixed 3 drops of blue and 4 drops of yellow dye.
Pour the mixture over the red cups.
Put in the freezer for 20-30 minutes. It all depends on the thickness and properties of the gelatin. The layer should harden.
Cups with green and white mixture is immersed in hot water, so they do not harden.
When the red mixture hardens, pour white. Again put in the freezer.
So did with the green mixture.
Before serving, hold in the refrigerator for at least a couple of hours.
