Tender calamari in cream sauce
Ingredients:
2-4 carcass squid
2 tablespoons sour cream
1 tablespoon flour
1-2 tablespoons butter.
Salt and black pepper
A little bit of boiling water in a kettle ..)
Preparation:
Squid defrost, remove the innards. Put in boiling salted water for 2-3 minutes literally - as long as they do not become white and the skin is not curdle! Pull out of the water, let cool slightly. Clean off the knife rest curled peel. Cut into thin strips carcass.
Put the pan on the fire, when it is well warmed up, put the butter, let it melt and pour back squid. Quickly fry them over high heat (about 2 minutes), stirring occasionally. Pieces of squid should curl, fluid (if there was) evaporate. Sprinkle everything with flour and stir quickly, give the flour a little browned (10-20 seconds), and then spread the cream and add the boiling water so that almost cover the squid, diminish the fire, cover with a lid. Simmer for a minute, then you need a little salt and pepper well, stir and put out even a minute. Turn off the oven, ready to go!
Very tasty with mashed potatoes as a garnish and as a snack, as a separate dish! I love it, and hot and cold! Try it and you!
