Ingredients :
10 Grams of Yeast.
150 Gram Flour.
Eggs to taste.
90 Ml Water.
Salt to taste.
Sugar to taste.
50 Grams Butter.
How To Make :
- Prepare ingredients.
- Take a small bowl then add butter and sugar powder. Stir until blended and then put into the refrigerator.
- Take a medium-sized bowl then put sugar, flour, water, yeast, and salt to taste. Stir until dough soft.
- Add 10 grams of Unsalted Butter, then stir again until the dough is smooth.
- Cover the bowl with plastic wrap for 1 1/2 hours.
- After 1 1/2 hours, take the dough with size 10 gram then fill with butter and powdered sugar. Then place it in the oven mold.
- Repeat until all the dough runs out.
- cover the oven mold with plastic wrap and leave for 40 minutes.
- After 40 minutes, apply the top of the dough with the egg yolks and put in the oven at 180°C for 25 minutes.
- Remove the dough from the oven and place it on a serving plate.
- Ready to serve.
