Spanish Omelette

Ingredients :
1 1/2 Clove of red onion.
1 Pieces of sausage.
Salt to taste.
1/2 Onion.
3 Eggs.
1 Leek.
1 Red Chili.
1/2 Potatoes.
1 1/2 Clove of garlic.
2 Tablespoon margarine.
How To Make :
- Prepare all ingredients.
- Take onions, red onions, and garlic. Finely chopped all ingredients. Then set aside.
- Take a leek and red chili, then sliced ??thin and set aside.
- Peel the potatoes, wash thoroughly, cut into like dice, then boiled until cooked.
- Turn on the stove, heat the pan and then put 1 tbsp margarine and saute onion, garlic, and red onion until fragrant.
- If it is fragrant, put sausage and potatoes then add enough pepper. Turn off the stove if the potato is cooked.
- Take a bowl, put the egg, leek, onion, red chili sauce and ingredients that have been sauteed earlier. Add a little salt and stir until blended.
- Heat a medium-sized fryer, put 2 tbsp butter, wait until it melts and then put all the existing dough into a frying pan.
- Cook with low heat, wait until both sides are brownish then lift.
- Move the omelet on a serving plate.
- Ready to serve while warm.
