Sour cream with prunes !!!
The cake just melts in your mouth! Simple, fast and VERY TASTY!
Ingredients:
Cakes:
3 eggs
1 banana
2/3 tbsp. Sahara
Slightly less than 1 tbsp. Flour
200 ml yogurt / curdled milk / yogurt
1 tsp. Soda
Cream:
300 ml of thick, thick sour cream
Sugar to taste (I took half a glass)
Finely chopped prunes
Preparation:
Mix all the ingredients for the dough and bake 2 cakes (at a temperature of 180-190 degrees for about 15-20 minutes). We check the readiness with a toothpick.
Ingredients for the cream to mix and let stand (for sugar to dissolve).
When the cakes cool (be sure to cool down, so that sour cream is not curtailed), lubricate the cream with the lower cake. Put the second on top and press the crochetes against each other so that they glue together. Lubricate the top of the cake with the remaining cream.
You can serve to the table!
