Day 1 Weight Loss Detox

Material

  1. 720 ml of water
  2. 90 g spinach
  3. 2 tablespoons  Chia seeds
  4. 330 g pineapple
  5. 300 g of mango
  6. 1 orange

 

Making

  1. Rinse and mix all the ingredients together in the blender by the formula on the ☺️
  2. Use instead of meals during the day. Do not eat any other food, especially starch. Drink more water, drink as much water as possible ạ ☺️
