Cut the fruit in half, remove the seeds, cut into pieces.
Mix water with sugar and boil the syrup, just bring the mixture to a boil and make sure that the sugar has dissolved.
Put the crumb into the syrup, bring to a boil again, remove from heat, let cool for a few hours.
Bring the mixture to boil three times and leave for infusion and juice for several hours.
After that, the pulp must be cooked to the ready, that is, to completely soften the pulp of the fruit.
About 5-10 minutes before cooking, add some vanillin and the juice squeezed from one lemon.
