Fried chicken... And crispy

So we had this food yesterday together with dome friends. Chicken is love to most of the people. It's well advertised from different stores and restaurant. Various cooking style is applied to it. Even in simply frying it, there still different methods in doing it. The judgment will really be from the food eater.

So from this picture you can judge that it looks very crispy. The skin part is playful when devoured in our mouths. I like it because it was crunchy, like your eating some snacks. It was also relatively warms so it really taste good.

Of course the meat part should be appreciated as well. It was well cooked. It also has some good flavors added to it. I guess that is their style of cooking. Every time one of our friends would eat it, they will comment "This is good". So good job to the cook/chef.

The sauce is not super duper needed but it also added to the flavor of the chicken. So that is also another reason to love this fried chicken.
