Italian soup with sausages

Ingredients:


Olive oil - 1 tbsp

Sausages - 450 grams

Onions - 2 pcs.

Garlic - 2 cloves

Chicken soup - 900 grams

Canned Tomatoes - 800 grams

Pasta - 150 grams

Canned beans - 225 g grammes


1. Fry the sausages in a pan until they are flushed. Shifting the sausages in a bowl.

2. In the same pan in butter chopped onion passeruem to become golden. Add the finely chopped garlic and cook for 1 minute, add the mashed tomatoes with a spoon.

3. Add the chicken broth, bring to a boil, reduce the fire and closing the lid, boil for 25 minutes.

4. Boil the pasta separately in salted shallow water.

5. In soup add canned white beans, grilled sausages and pre-cooked small pasta. Served hot, it is possible with parmesan.
