Cake "Milk girl"
A very simple recipe for an insanely tender milky creamy cake!
For the cake:
160 g of flour
400 g of condensed milk
2 eggs
1 tbsp. baking powder
For cream:
400 ml of creamy cream (at least 30%)
140 g of powdered sugar
We prepare the dough: beat the eggs with a mixer with condensed milk, stir the sifted flour and baking powder in a separate container.
We connect the egg-milk mixture with flour. Leave the dough for 15 minutes (can be more). The dough is a liquid, but viscous.
Prepare parchment paper for baking (good quality!) + It can be lubricated with oil before each cake. You can bake on a silicone rug. Draw a circle on the paper with the required diameter and thin the layer of dough on the circle (20 cm - 2 tablespoons test)
We send it to a preheated oven. On average, bake at 180 g. 5-7 minutes. Focus on your oven. Ready cakes immediately (!) We separate from the paper and leave to cool. Either separately from each other, or by sandwiching a dense (!) Paper or towel. We get about 7 cakes (I took 6 in the basis of the cake, 1 for decoration)
Cooking cream: chilled cream whisk together a mixer, gradually increasing the speed. As soon as they start to thicken, add the powdered sugar, whisk.
We collect cake: abundantly grease every cake, pay special attention to the edges of the cake. We decorate to taste and desire (fruit, chocolate, cookies, cakes, coconut shavings, etc.)
