Bake'n Shark (Pepito Tiburón) Is a tipical dish from the caribbean. It is shredded and breaded shark meat in a fresh fried loaf with a choice of sauce wich may include, radish, mangoes, tamarind, passion fruit, among others. You decide upon the vegetables such as onions, tomatoes, lettuce, pickels etc. It caught my attention on a trip to Playa Maraca i the island of Trinidad, where it is one of the favorite specialtys, later made popular on the Discovery Channel by former chef Anthony Burdain.
