Fantastic post. Informative, well written and laid out. I learned so much about the properties of each part of the apple, especially the seeds. Although I knew they were toxic in large quantities, I didn't realise the benefits, especially from squeezing the seeds, something I'm definitely going to try. I've always eaten my apples whole, even though core, something my friends found weird. Now I can come back of them with a few facts to keep them quiet. Thank you.
