I again prepare this super soft creamy Raspberry Cheesecake bars for all of my sweet Food Lovers, it’s just beautiful and perfect for spring and summer dessert.

Presenting to all of my sweet Food Lovers, Raspberry, and the great flavors in a creamy baked cheesecake. This is the most delicate and wonderful combination of Cream cheese, heavy cream, Sour cream, buttery graham cracker crumbs, frozen fresh whole raspberry all of which together make the magic happen.

To serve, sprinkle top of cheesecake with sugar. Using a kitchen butane torch, caramelize top of the cheesecake.
