1. Introduction

I heard the rumor that full-fledged Nagoya cuisine can be eaten at Azabu Juban in Tokyo, and went to the restaurant "Nikomi Teranishi". Nagoya cuisine is a regional specialty dish of Nagoya city known for the city where Toyota Motor is located. The style of this restaurant is to provide the taste of Nagoya cuisine in a form that everyone can convince.

I want to eat is "Oden", fried in hatcho-miso oden. "Oden" is a broth/stew that contains boiled eggs and fish cakes. Oden's menu includes konnyaku, chikuwa, egg, radish, tofu, swine rose, rice cake, taro, chicken skin and so on. This oden is provided for each 250 yen.

In Japan, often drink alcohol with Oden. I enjoy the evening with delicious sake.

3. Dishes

First I will introduce from Oden boiled with miso.

I introduce from the front. Fried tofu called "Atsuage", "taro", "radish". First of all I will have a radish Oden.

The taste of miso is soaked in the radish. The restaurant "teranishi" is arranged as the original taste based on the original ancestry "Maruya Hatcho Miso" originating in Aichi Prefecture, founded in Yuantan 2 years in the Muromachi era.

Looking at the menu there was my favorite "Ise-Udon noodle".

There is also "Kishimen". "Ise-udon noodle" is a very doughy, fluffy and soft noodle eaten with sweet soy sauce and Chinese scallion. "Kishimen" is similar to "Udon" but the noodles are flat compared with udon.

I ordered "Kishimen" handmade by Nagoya specialty. I can choose either soup or miso for soup stock, so I selected miso.

本格的な名古屋めしをこの麻布十番の地でも提供しているとの噂を聞きやってきたのは「煮込み てらにし」さんで御座います。名古屋料理の美味しさを誰もが納得できる形で提供するのがてらにしスタイルです。

名古屋のお味を麻布十番で大切に守り続ける専門店。おつまみなども豊富で有目な味噌串なども名古屋飯と同時に味わうことができます。

お目当ては八丁味噌で揚げられたおでんです。こんにゃく、ちくや、たまご、だいこん、豆腐、豚バラ、お餅、里芋、鶏皮。八丁味噌煮込みおでんは各250円で提供されています。

手前から厚揚げ、里芋、だいこんです。まずは大根を頂きます。

だいこんの中までお味噌のお味が染み込んでいます。てらにしでは室町時代の延元2年に創業した本場・愛知県の元祖「まるや八丁味噌」をベースに「てらにし」流にオリジナルにアレンジして提供しています。

こちらもたっぷりとお味噌が厚揚げに染み込んでおります。名古屋だとお酒は何飲むんだろう。

里芋のおでん。

里芋のおでんは味噌との相性が抜群。里芋本来の里芋の素朴な風味と素材の旨味を堪能することができます。

メニューを見ていると僕の大好きな伊勢うどんがありました。

きしめんもあります。こりゃ楽しみだ。伊勢うどんを頼んでみたいと思います。

ご存知三重県伊勢市のご当地うどん「伊勢うどん」です。モチモチの極太麺を濃厚なタレで食べる伊勢うどんは独特のお料理だと思います。

やはり伊勢うどんは美味。母方の生家が三重県ですのでいつも叔母や伯父が伊勢うどんを送ってくれるんです。それが子供の頃から楽しみで楽しみで。
名古屋名物の手打ちきしめんを頼みました。お出汁は醤油か味噌か選べますので味噌にしました。

濃厚な味噌スープに浮かんでいるのはひらっぺったい一反木綿で御座います。早速麺を頂いたいと思います。

でらうまい!!天ぷらきしめんもいいけど王道のお味噌ベースのきしめんもやはり美味しい。
