Kohlrabi-Porree-Flammkuchen 😋
Schnell und lecker!
Für 1 Backblech benötigst du:
1 Kohlrabi
1 Porree-Stange
250g Schmand
1 Knoblauchzehe
250g Gratinkäse
Zubereitung:
1.Backofen auf 220°C (Ober-/Unterhitze) oder 200°C (Umluft) vorheizen.
2.Kohlrabi schälen und in 2 cm große Würfel schneiden. Porree in Ringe schneiden.
3.In einer großen Pfanne, Butter erwärmen, Kohlrabiwürfel und Porreeringe zugeben und 5-6 Min. weich dünsten. Mit Salz und Pfeffer abschmecken.
4.Knoblauch in einer Schüssel pressen und mit Schmand vermischen. Mit Salz und Pfeffer würzen.
5.Auf einem Backblech Flammkuchenteig ausrollen und mit dem Schmand bestreichen. Die Kohlrabi-Porree Mischung darauf verteilen und mit Gratinkäse bestreuen.
6.Etwa 15 Min. backen, bis der Käse goldbraun ist.

Quick-done and delicious!
For 1 baking tray you need:
1 kohlrabi
1 leek bar
250g sour cream
1 clove of garlic
250g gratin cheese
Preparation:
1.Preheat oven to 220°C (top/bottom heat) or 200°C (self herd).
2.Peel the kohlrabi and cut into 2cm cubes.
Cut the leek into rings.
3.Heat butter in a large pan, add kohlrabi cubes and leek rings and stew for 5-6 minutes until soft. Season with salt and pepper.
4.Press the garlic leaves in a bowl and mix with the sour cream. Season with salt and pepper.
5.Roll out the Flammkuchen dough on a baking tray and spread with the sour cream. Spread the kohlrabi-porree mixture on top and sprinkle with gratin cheese.
6.Bake for about 15 minutes until the cheese is golden brown.
