Coffee Is BACK!
A few weeks ago, my wife and I stopped by Olympia Roasting's West Side location on our way out of town, and were greeted at the entrance by a posted message that read something like, “Closed until further notice.” That was very sad, and I’ve since recovered, but it was still... very sad.
A few days ago two of my siblings and I had some time to kill between errands and I decided to swing by the Oly Roasters shop on 4th—and guess what...
...they were open! Sure there was no seating. Sure there was a completely different setup than normal. But they were open!
We ordered a large latte with their in-house vanilla. It was as good as always.
On our way back to the van we stopped and saw Freddy. That's what I call him. He looks like a Freddy.
He seemed chipper and at ease. Wasn't even wearing a mask. Good to see you, Freddy.
